The industry’s ability to adapt, lead, and thrive has activated a mindset shift from operational efficiency in individual silos, to resiliency through collaboration across silos and innovation at speed. It must be a multi-disciplinary task between R&D, regulatory affairs, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics and supply chain planners, united to deliver and create a more agile, resilient and sustainable pharma supply chain.
